Our Campground is open April 15th thru October 15th
Phase I - opened in 2018 with 82 lots.
Phase II - opened in 2021 with 62 lots.
Current amenities include: Sandy Beach, Bath House,
Walking Trails, Basketball Court, Sand Volleyball Pit,
Playground & 4 Fully stocked ponds
w/Catch & Release Fishing.
Standard Lot Size Information:
Phase I
All sites have a 10' x 20' Concrete Pad
Standard lot sizes are 35' x 85'
All sites have a gravel pad of approximately 11 feet wide and
roughly 60 feet long to the electrical meter.
Phase II
All Phase II sites have a 10'x30' Concrete Pad
Standard lot sizes are 35' x 85'
All sites have a gravel pad of approximately 11 feet wide and
roughly 60 feet long to the electrical meter.
These sites also have an EXTRA Rock Pad that is
10' wide & extends from
the front of the patio to the road for extra parking.
Length varies due to the curves of the road…
as well as the lot width from the front to the back.
From road to concrete pad is an average of 30 feet….
but may vary due to the curve of the road.
